Our History

The Wooden Wheel was established over 42 years ago. It has been proudly producing New Zealand made wooden toys and giftware all this time.

Initially, Rimu was the only timber used but we have introduced Pine to give our customers a second price option.

We have been producing durable and affordable wooden toys with timber sourced from sustainable milled forests since the beginning.
